Your privacy is a foundational value of this community. This policy describes how Reine Partners LLC ("Access by Reine", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide on this application.
During the application process we collect: your full legal name, preferred name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn and Instagram handles, professional role and company, industry, income range, credit profile, financial posture, goals, community values, event preferences, referrer, demographic and disclosure answers, personal bank statements (last 3 months from the same account), a 1-year personal tax transcript issued by the IRS, and a government-issued driver's license. You may also voluntarily share free-form responses throughout the form.
We use this information to (a) verify eligibility for membership, (b) vet the financial standing of applicants so that the community remains aligned across its tiers, (c) conduct background checks where relevant, (d) communicate decisions, and (e) onboard you if approved.
Only the Access by Reine application committee, founders, and designated operations staff have access to your submitted application materials. Sensitive financial documents (personal bank statements, IRS-issued personal tax transcripts, driver's license) are stored under restricted access and deleted within 90 days of a membership decision unless you become a member.
If your application is declined, we retain the non-sensitive fields of your application for up to 24 months to track community growth, attribution, and to prevent duplicate review. All financial documents and ID are purged within 90 days of the decision.
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting infrastructure. No personal data is sold, rented, or licensed to advertisers or data brokers. We do not operate any advertising pixels on the application flow.
You may at any time request (a) a copy of the data we hold on you, (b) correction of inaccurate fields, (c) deletion of your application record, or (d) a portable export. Requests are honored within 30 days. Send them to privacy@accessbyreine.com.
Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwords (if you later become a member) are hashed using bcrypt. Database snapshots are retained in a separate encrypted region for disaster recovery only and are not used for any analytic purpose.
