Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Access by Reine website at accessbyreine.com, submitting a membership application, or participating in the Access by Reine community in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or submit an application. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reine Partners LLC.

Membership Eligibility & Application

Access by Reine is an application-only private membership community. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are reviewed individually by the Access by Reine team and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Identify as a woman
• Meet the financial standing requirements as outlined during the application process
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete information, failure to meet our community standards, or capacity limitations. We are not required to disclose the reason for any application decision.

By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and review of the personal and financial information you provide, including personal bank statements, IRS-issued personal tax transcripts, and a government-issued driver's license, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Membership Tiers & Fees

Access by Reine currently offers the following membership structure:

• Inner Circle — $3,500 per year: Our founding membership tier. Includes three (3) all-inclusive signature experiences per year, private community access, monthly content and resources, member directory access, and the option to attend the Annual Summit at $1,750. A one-time $200 registration fee applies upon acceptance. Currently open for applications.
• The Reserve — $5,000 per year: Executive membership tier. Opening at a later date. Includes all Inner Circle benefits plus extended programming and additional offerings. Executive Dinners are available to Reserve members by registration at an additional cost.
• Reine Access — By Invitation: Flagship membership. Opening in 2027 by invitation only.

Membership fees are subject to change. Any changes to fees will be communicated to existing members no less than 60 days in advance and will not affect current membership periods already paid.

Payment Terms

Upon acceptance into Access by Reine, you will receive an acceptance letter containing a secure payment link. Membership is not active until payment is received in full.

• The one-time registration fee of $200 and first year's annual dues are due within 14 days of receiving your acceptance letter
• Failure to complete payment within 14 days may result in your acceptance being rescinded and your spot offered to another applicant
• Annual membership dues renew on the anniversary of your join date
• You will receive renewal reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days before your renewal date
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information
• All fees are stated and charged in US Dollars (USD)
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

Refund Policy

Specifically:

• The $200 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
• Annual membership dues are non-refundable, including in cases of voluntary cancellation, voluntary withdrawal from events, or failure to use membership benefits
• There are no pro-rated refunds for partial membership periods
• Event registration fees for Executive Dinners and the Annual Summit are non-refundable once registered, though transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis with at least 14 days notice

Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Reine Partners LLC in extraordinary circumstances. Please contact info@accessbyreine.com to discuss your situation.

Member Conduct & Community Standards

Access by Reine is built on a foundation of integrity, generosity, discretion, and mutual respect. As a member, you agree to uphold the following community standards at all times:

• Treat all members, guests, and staff with dignity, kindness, and respect
• Honor the confidentiality of all conversations, information, and relationships formed within the community
• Represent yourself and your affiliations truthfully at all times
• Not use your membership to solicit, recruit, or promote products, services, or opportunities to other members without prior written approval from Reine Partners LLC
• Not engage in any discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward any member, guest, or staff
• Not record, photograph, or share images of other members or private events without explicit consent from all individuals depicted
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials, communications, or content from within the private community
• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the values and reputation of Access by Reine

Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Confidentiality

Access by Reine is a private community built on trust. Confidentiality is not a rule — it is a foundational value. By becoming a member, you agree to:

• You will not disclose the identity of other members to anyone outside the community without that member's explicit consent
• You will not share, repeat, or discuss personal disclosures, business information, or private conversations shared by other members within community spaces
• You will not share internal community communications, event details, member directories, or any other community materials outside the community
• These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your membership and remain in effect indefinitely

Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate membership termination and may result in legal action if damages are incurred.

Events & Experiences

Access by Reine members receive access to curated experiences as part of their membership. The following terms apply:

• The number and type of included experiences may vary by membership tier
• Events are scheduled at the discretion of Reine Partners LLC. Dates, venues, and programming are subject to change
• Members are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs unless otherwise stated
• RSVP is required for all events. Failure to RSVP by the stated deadline may result in loss of your spot
• If you RSVP and do not attend without providing at least 72 hours notice, you may forfeit your attendance credit
• Access by Reine reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event who violates our community standards
• Photography and recording at events is governed by our media policy communicated prior to each event
• Reine Partners LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at events

Executive Dinners

Executive Dinners are intimate, curated dining experiences available exclusively to members by registration:

• Executive Dinners are not included in any membership tier — they are available at an additional cost
• Registration is first-come, first-served and capacity is strictly limited to 10 guests per dinner
• Registration fees are non-refundable once confirmed
• Transfers may be considered with at least 14 days written notice and are subject to approval
• Pricing will be communicated at the time of registration and may vary by event
• The same community standards and confidentiality obligations apply

Intellectual Property

All content on the Access by Reine website and within the member community is the exclusive property of Reine Partners LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Access by Reine content without prior written consent
• The Access by Reine name, logo, and brand marks may not be used without written permission
• Content shared by members within community spaces remains the intellectual property of the member who created it
• You may not use the Access by Reine name or affiliation for any commercial purpose or to imply endorsement without explicit written approval

Termination of Membership

Voluntary termination: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting info@accessbyreine.com. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid period. No refunds will be issued.

Termination by Access by Reine: Reine Partners LLC reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or community standards
• Breach of confidentiality obligations
• Conduct that is harmful, threatening, harassing, or damaging
• Providing false or misleading information in your application
• Failure to pay membership dues when due
• Any conduct inconsistent with the values and integrity of the community

In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. Confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Access by Reine and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Reine Partners LLC does not warrant that:

• The website or community platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any specific business outcomes, introductions, or results will be achieved through membership
• The information on this website is complete, accurate, or current

We do not guarantee specific professional outcomes, financial results, or personal connections as a result of membership.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reine Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of our website or community
• Any conduct or content of other members within the community
• Any content obtained from our website or community
• Your attendance at any Access by Reine event or experience
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

In no event shall the total liability of Reine Partners LLC to you exceed the total amount of membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida.

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

Reine Partners LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued membership or use of our website after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
